Proweight Technical Support

Proweight are now offering two types of support to keep the cost down for our customers, the first and most cost effective is our telephone support. One of our fully qualified engineers will go through the machine with you over the phone, and begin to diagnose the fault, we will go through with you on how to test, reset and if needed re-calibrate your machine. 

If our engineers diagnose your machine down to a faulty part, then we will either give you the option to send it back to Proweight for repair, or we can come out and repair your machine on-site, usually on the same day to reduce down time on the machine.
