Proweight Automatic Batch Weighers

Proweight's Automatic Batch Weigher offers an alternative product delivery system to the Semi-Automatic which is beneficial for higher capacity and/or faster throughput options for weigh-packing.

For pack sizes from 100g up to 10kg (depending on product characteristics) and with a throughput of around 10 - 15  1kg packs per minute, the Proweight Standard Automatic Batch Weigher can maintain accuracy of +/- 0.1% on every pack - all day, every day.

Pack weights are simply entered via the keypad and flow speed can be controlled manually for adjustment to suit individual products and operators.  Product is fed via the bulk hopper into a vertical discharge chute and product release is achieved with the use of a footswitch.  The design of the Standard Automatic allows for larger pack sizes, faster throughput of product, leaves the operator with both hands free and also enables the machine to be linked to ancilliary equipment such as conveyors, pot fillers and bag sealing systems.
